Default Babylon and About Blank help needed.

I had about blank and babylon coming up as toolbars. I have done a few things to fix by removing from program files and uninstalling in programs and my toolbar is back to msn however when i used "hijack this" it showed about blank and i wasn"t able to fix it.I have been having troubles getting hijack to work properly (its say run adminster to fix)as there is no run administer when i right click.
The spybot scan showed Babylon there even after running as administer. I rebooted and scanned again and its still there.
I did a housecall scan and no threats. Used Cwsweeper and it states no coolwebsearch. I did a malaware scan and it said no threats.
    I have Vista.
Is it ok if the toolbars are gone even though both about blank and babylon are found with scans?
    Please help. Thanks

    Hello renparenp,

    Did you do the following,

    1. Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu, instead of just left-clicking to start it.
    2. Choose Run as administrator from the context menu."

    Run as Administrator

Please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version and the date of last definitions.

Also, which other security programs are installed.

    Best regards.

Default Thanks for answering Tashi r/o please

My Spybot Version is 1.6.0.31 and the last update is 8/8/2012.
I did run as administrator each time I tried. I have AVG Anti Virus Free Edition.
After I posted I went to Control Panel, User Accts and temporarily turned off Control and from there was able to get HJT to fix the one About Blank I saw.
Last night I ran Spybot again and Babylon was still there and unable to be removed. I followed the "jump to" the file and deleted it. I am just running Spybot again now to make sure its gone. I did read up on Erunt so went ahead and downloaded it,as well as DDS and MBR but i"ll do them again due to making changes since.
I"m just waiting on Spybot now.
Would Babylon and About Blank still be in my registry?
If you think it would be beneficial for me to do so i"d certainly send you my spybot result, current dds and mbr.
Thank you very much for your help,
    Karen.

    Default Thanks so much!

I didn"t realize that I had an older version of Spybot so will update and also will reread the "before you post" on the malware forum should I decide to post the DDR & aswMBR results.
    Thanks again for your time
    Karen.
