Startup problem?

When I booted up my pc this morning and logged in as administrator I got the following message:

SDTray.exe - Unable to Locat Component "This application has failed to start because DEC150.pl was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"

I googled the file name and a couple of sites said it belonged to Spybot. If this is true, is there a quick fix or should I just uninstall it and reinstall it. I tried starting Spybot from the programs file and get the same message. I am using the beta version and assume it's updated since it is set to update automatically.

I would recommend to uninstall the latest 2.0 Beta
or
install the new RC 1 over it.
