Extremely Slow Computer

Hi,

I googled "slow computer" and it lead me to this site. I downloaded Spybot and ran it, but system is still very slow. I have been reading some of the threads and have seen this Hijac log being sent in for analysis. Do I need to send that in for help? If so, how do I obtain that? Thanks.
