snap.do?

Hi all. New here so forgive me for being green. I have managed to obtain a pesty thing called "snap.do" does anyone know how I can remove it without having to reinstall my system, don't laugh but I've tried speedy pc pro. superanti spyware. I have Mcafee and have just scanned using Spybot S&D none of which have detected this nuisance. Somebody please help......John

For someone to advise you in this malware forum please see the FAQ which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS and aswMBR logs as shown in that FAQ, along with a description of the computer's symptoms, and a volunteer analyst will assist when available.
