Spybot cannot delete temporary files before scan

[davidleeallred]

When performing a scan with spybot, it asks if I want to delete temporary files, I say yes and it then tells me that most of them cannot be deleted because they are in use. That number keeps growing. I'm thinking I'm infected.

I dont know what temp files your seeing but it could be they are legit and in use so cant be deleted.
I dont recognize a antivirus app in your log. I see Spybot and Windows Defender but these aren't AV. If you dont have one you can chose one of these free ones to download then: install, update and do a full scan, if you do have one then never mind:
