Can someone please explain what this means in section 7?
THE LIMITED OPERATING SYSTEM CONTAINS A TIME-OUT FEATURE THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY REBOOT THE DEVICE AFTER SEVENTY-TWO HOURS OF CONTINUOUS USE. THIS TIME-OUT FEATURE WILL RESET EACH TIME THE COMPONENT IS RE-LAUNCHED.

Hello,
That means if you create a bootable CD to repair your system, and start your system from that CD, that small Windows will reboot after 72 continuous hours. I assume most users don't repair their system 72 continuous hours, and that "limit" will reset each time you boot, which means that even if you take longer, after a reboot after 3 days, you can always use it again.
It's a limitation imposed by Microsoft to prevent that someone uses the Windows PE environment for non-stop use in a daily environment instead of for the purposes it was registered and licenced (install or repair issues).
Best regards
Sandra
