Default Windows doesn't boot and no access to 'Documents...' from 2nd drive system

After attempted reboot, the system won't load (after the 'loading' XP graphic there is a black screen and the computer reboots). There is access to all data on all partitions from system installed on another drive (Windows XP) except for 'Documents and Settings' (an 'Access denied' error pops up). I performed a scan of all disks (Avira), which found some maleware and is supposed to have fixed it, yet the problem remains. Please find the report attached.

Thank you for your assistance in advance!
