    Uhoh, it might not be clear yet. I tried to start up Steam and my avast said one of the .dll files was malware. Then it wanted me to run a boot scan and it picked up a few other files. I can't find a way to make it a text log, but here's a screenshot.

    Hello Triode

    Allow avast to deal with those detections then run the scan again.

    Avast bootscan came up clean. So did spybot and malwarebytes.

    Good. Provided the machine is running well it looks like there is nothing to worry about
