Help Claro search?

I've downloaded Spybot, in the hope of getting rid of Claro Search, I've done a system restore, which was a suggestion from google search, didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome, it worked for about an hour and then it was back, I downloaded spybot, and it is still there, I don't know what to do, can anyone suggest anything, I also have IE which doesn't have it, Toni

Claro.Toolbar is in the detections, when you installed Spybot-S&D did you update?

Did Claro show in the results after you scanned and have you looked to see if Claro is listed in your ADD/REMOVE Programs?

What is the operating system and which security software is installed.

No I did't update, I will try that, I have manually removed all that I can, I have avast free antivirus, and windows 7. Claro does not show up on the scan.
