Default Question about log file generated by full system scan

I have just Installed spybot 2.0 and it is a big improvement but I found that the scan result can be confusing. When I run the full system scan I get about 87 result and all of them are in track category. I am not sure if I should fixed all of them or not because some of them are type registry. Can someone please take a look at my log file and tell me what I need to do.? Will the spybot 1.62 continue to be supported with updates?

This page helps to explain Tracks:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/faq/usage-tracks/

If you would rather not scan for Tracks, you can open Spybot-S&D Start Center, put a checkmark beside Advanced User Mode, open Settings, select the Categories tab(if prompted by UAC,select Yes.)Rightclick somewhere in the window and select Spyware scan only.Click Apply, then OK.
