Unknown MBRs

I have just run the rootkit analyser using spybot v2.0.12.0 and it has reported unknown MBRs on PhysicalDrive3. Logs are attached.

Is this a problem? Do I need to do anything?

My system is 64bit Windows 7, I have an SSD as C; with all my programs on it and an internal 1TB hard drive as the data drive F:

Unknown MBRs do not necessarily mean there is a problem, how is the computer running?

As far as I can see there are no problems. As it was the first time I had run the rootkit analyser, I was concerned that something undesirable might be lurking somewhere.
