Spybot wants to remove file. 'Gebruikersaccountbeheer' won't let me do it.

I'm trying to remove a file after a scan with Spybot. I is a file from spigot. I do get the following on my screen

Attachment 10385.
When I click yes nothing happens, when I click no nothing happens.
It seems to be stuck in a loop.
Can you help solve this problem?
