    Now that we removed a bunch of garbage, give windows updates another shot .

    gave windows another shot ,unfortunately same two windows service packs will not update will

    Hi,

    I would like you to go over to the PIT and ask for help with your Windows Update issue as things like this is what they do on a daily basis, the forum your on now at Safer is just for malware removal.

    You can link them to this thread if you wish so they can see what we have done, they wont need any logs from the scans, just tell them that you may have had a virus but when you posted all we really seen was some adware and we removed it but your having problems downloading and installing Windows Updates


    Use your same user name that your using here so that I can find you and offer any assistance they may need.

    Its possible that the failed updates and windows freezing time to time could be working hand in hand.
