Help with random audio files

[virusvictim]

Whenever I connect to the internet sooner or later a random audio file starts to play. The most common one starts out with a man breathing raggedly, obviously terrified, who gets killed. This morning I also heard for the first time one that sounds like an insect droning. I stop the files from playing by going to task manager, selecting the currently running svchost.exe file and stop the process. The file stops playing and everything appears to be normal. However, I'd like to stop these random audio files altogether. I use spybot and so far it hasn't detected anything.
