This entity is supremely irritating. It is even active right here on the forum page. I'm sure there have been others who have had it and who knows, gotten rid of it. I don't want to post on an exhaustively addressed topic. Maybe in the archive?(but I couldn't find it) Anyway, what is the best way for me to get help here?

To request assistance in this forum the FAQ includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

You'd need to start a new topic providing the logs for a volunteer analyst to advise when available.
