Barowwsoe2Save help!

[kaztify]

I've run 4 scans with Spybot - Search & Destroy 2.1 and selected everything followed by "fix selected items" but to no avail, as every single scan the same items appear and can't seem to be removed.
This is my lastest log.
NEED HELP REMOVING IT!
