    Default S&D Start Center fails to launch.

    Message box ( titled Start Center ) says 'Start Center has stopped working' with Start Center grayed out in the background. Only option is a Close Program button.

    i5 Machine running Win 7 Pro SP1 64bit with 4G of RAM.

    Any suggestions? Have rebooted, reinstalled etc..
