DOES DOWNLOADING UPDATES
actually mean NEW updates

It should be pretty self-explaining:

[00:00.688] [.] Downloading updates...
[00:00.688] [+] All files have been processed.
[00:00.688] +++
[00:00.688] [+] The antispyware signatures are up to date.
[00:00.688]

It reads that it is downloading updates, processing them and closing with "The antispyware signatures are up to date."
So there were no new updates.

There are only updates once a week, usually on Wednesdays.
And then there is ONE update.
If the update is available it would look like this:

with smaller updates
TODAY Tues jan 21 i noticed it updated TWICE
im assuming it will tomorrow jan 22 WED
was it early or will this be new thing.

also w these updates should i scan several times/a day not just wedsday now
