Default Why won't Spybot remove Delta Toolbar?

My problem is that my Spybot comes up with Adware Delta Toolbar, but then it says I need to restart my computer to fix the problem.

But when I restart it and run the scan like it says, it says the same thing.

So it's an endless cycle of restarting the computer, without Delta Toolbar ever being removed.

    Hello,

The issue seems to be with the SDCleaner.
The item is removed but the Cleaner does not seem to recognize this.
    Please do the following:
Go to the Spybot 2 folder, by default:
    Windows XP: C:\Program Files\Spybot – Search & Destroy 2
    Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8: C:\Programs (x86)\Spybot – Search & Destroy 2
    and open the SDCleaner.exe.
Here you can uncheck the checkbox in front of “Run cleaner on system startup”.

    Best regards

Hi I have done this several times and it does not work. I have gone to the folder and unchecked it, but it checks itself back. Any other ideas.

    Try opening msconfig:
    http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/m/msconfig.htm
Scroll through and look for Spybot Search & Destroy, then look under Command for C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\SDCleaner.exe,and if you see it,uncheck it and press OK.
