    Question Update not changing

I have updated several times and it seems that all the files are updated but it always says "more than 8 days since last update" in the Start Center.
How can I get that to change after I update?

    Hello,

did you run the Update with Administrator-Rights? (Rightlick -> Run as Administrator)

Please make sure, you click on "Update" again, into the Update-Wizzard, else only the Signatures will be checked if valid or not.

    Question No update

Checked and updated as suggested, still says more than 8 days since last update.

    Hello,

Which version of Spybot do you run?
    Spybot 2.0 or Spybot 2.1?

    Best regards

    Smile Finally updated

    My last update was 07/05/13
    Something was blocking further updates.

    My version is 2.0.12.0

I cleaned out my %temp% and changed Spybot setting for the internet connection to same as global Internet Explorer.
It was on localhost:8080, don't know where that came from(?)
I rebooted and ran update as admin and now I am up to date.

Thank you for all the help.

    Hope this helps someone else.
