new user - need help

So I just recently had problem with my internet... I called to that place where my internet is hosted and they said that I cant use my internet because there is coming some sort of foreign country signals from my computer - so Its closed from my main computer now. Any idea what this virus this may be?

Also I recently did rootkin scan and it found some weird registry keys. Let me copypaste:

HKLM/system/currentcontrolset/services//gupdate
HKLM/system/currentcontrolset/services//gupdate
HKLM/system/controlset002/services//gupdate
HKLM/system/controlset002/services//gupdate
HKLM/system/controlset001/services//gupdate
HKLM/system/controlset001/services//gupdate

so these are all of them, I was wondering - should I delete these or are these necessary to make my computer run...?

I hope this thread is not congusing, I have been doing long work day - so I am little bit tired when Im writing this :P

Is this a personal computer, how many computers are networked?

Also, please list:

• The operating system.
• All security programs installed.
• Any issues with the computer's performance and when they started.

operating system: windows 7 - 64bit
security programs installed: Norton and spybot
issues: nothing
