Low Memory/Not Responding

I have run my virus program and spybot and everything comes back clean. My computer is acting extremely strange. Programs just lock up like IE and when i open My Computer it will sit and search for drives for a few minutes before it opens. Not totally sure whats going on but i could use some help. I have a HJT Log if you would like me to post it. Thanks 10 fold ahead of time for anyone willing to help.

Those are 2 different computers then this one if that makes a difference.
