VIdeo Driver Stop Error

I am hoping that someone here can help me. I have looked everywhere and my computer is virtually useless now because it keeps rebooting. I have no viruses, I just spent the last two weeks having you help me clear the machine. I have attached the Video Stop Error, I tried loading the drivers for the Nvidia but that didn't work so I purchased a new Radeon 7000 graphics card. I was hopeful that would work but it hasn't helped. It doesn't matter whether I boot in safe mode or not, it still reboots at will whenever it wants. I've pulled all the periphials, the memory and reseated them and nothing seems to fix the problem. Anything you can offer in the form of advice would be much appreciated.
