I downloaded it and saved it to my desktop. When I go to run it, it opens to a small box with a green loading bar up top and a box with text below it. The text is a list that says "Extract" followed by a file name. The last two entries instead say "output folder" and there it stops. The loading bar is nearly to the end, but it does not progress beyond that point.

In other news, our modem is broken. We are getting a new one tomorrow hopefully, but until we do I won't be able to do much with my computer at home.

    Thanks for your patience

Unfortunately it turned out to be not the modem but the wire in the apartment, we are going to have to wait for a new wire to be run before we have internet back, which could take several days. I am very sorry for the delay, I will let you know as soon as I have internet available again.
