    Default why "Rescan detected?

After a System Scan I click the button "Fix Selected".

After this fix a button "Rescan selected" is shown.

Is'nt this useless? What's the purpose of a rescan immediately after a scan?

I didn't actually see rescan selected after a scan.Though I did see the rescan selected when I ran sdcleaner.I'm not sure why.But I did find this in the helpfile under System Scan:
    Rescan Information:
After cleaning a system the user might want to re-scan the cleaned items. If no previous cleaning attempts are found the user is prompted to do a full system scan.

    Thanks for your reaction.

I read that too, but I don't understand it.

Bot now I think I get the button Rescan detected when I do a system scan as a user without administrator rights.
    I will check that later.

    You're welcome.
I think what it might mean is that after an item has been cleaned, the user might like to scan for the item again,to make sure it doesn't show up again.
