    Question lost email activation

    I purchased a Home upgrade for my second computer. After checking my email and suspect email I haven't received an activation email to upgrade from free. What recourse id there?

    Should I rollback (invalid charge to credit card) the credit card charge, and then reapply?

    it shows still pending (for $13.61; amount determined close of day exchange rate Euro-USDollars?)
