    Is it safe to install Spybot on a PC with an SSD and Windows 8 OS.

    Windows 8 OS,yes,it's listed on the compatibility page as supported.

    Probably doesn't pertain to you,but Windows 8.1 preview and rtm needs a patch.If you don't have Windows 8.1 don't worry about it,but thought I'd mention it.
