Find previous malicious malware removed

So last night I, after considerable time with SuperAntiSpyWare, Malwarebytes and MS Security Essentials not finding my issue, downloaded Spybot, and on my 3rd search, found some highly malicious malware on my system. I note, that SpyBot only found it on the 3rd attempt, which is kinda odd for me.

The malware in question works as such (and is back, right now);

It de-selects my current active window be it Chrome, or a full-screen application of a game, by which it then minimizes, or a program, such as Photoshop, which it just de-selects.

I finally removed it last night, yet, now its back again, no clue how, and now SpyBot cant find it again. Therefore I need some help to navigate SpyBot, so I can find the previous scan, find the malicious malware's position and remove it again.

So that everyone is on the same track please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this Malware Removal Forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs as shown in that sticky, a volunteer analyst will advise when available.
