Need Help Removing Malware

Lately I've started getting a lot of video pop-ups when browsing the web. They all show up mostly in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, and I've noticed that my browser seems to be freezing/going slower a lot more than usual as well. Can you please help me out? Here is the DDS log:
