We don't have an IT department that resolves computer issues. I've asked our operations manager and said she's not aware of a bundled package program such as dnsshield or social privacy dns.

This is a personal computer that I bring to work on occasion. But per the forum policy, it's probably best to not go forward. Thank you very much for your time and for helping me clear out my computer. Wishing you the best for the new year.

Well, with what your manager said then I am sure its a bogus program. Since this is your personal computer just used at work occasionally and we are about done I see no reason not to move forward.

Just go ahead and run a new scan with OTL and post the log and lets see if its gone
