runtime error 217 0045E980 - and very slowly running pc

When I click a link in my email I get an run time error like above mentionned. Same for using any windows feature while browsing. Spybot malware and antivirus did not announce anything, or I can`t discover if something is mentionned as reason in the system scan, because every announced problem will be fixed from spybot.

and my pc is running slowly, if aI open up OOffice it takes al lot time, while live protection is running. Although I have updated the Live protection, could this be reason, that spybot uses so much working memory ram??? Or is there somewhere a trojan or other virus?????

Please would be very nice if somebody can give a working advice!
