Malware Win32.Bagle.hl 53C98DAA

I have got a Maleware annoncement when scanning ome files from my Webseite offline.
The message was Win32.Bagle.hl 53C98DAA. files where packed to quarantine. I Need those files, don't know this
message is right or wrong and I want to know if I can reuse the files.
Perhaps it happens in case of a downloaded an deleted competitor Editor???

I Need an advice what this message means .

I found a thread from 2009, but I lost it, can't find it again, there was an Information. But no hlep for System win 8.1.
Reg and Rootalyzer are only for Windows net till 2008 or Vista,?????????????
is there an answer for win 8.1. infection?

How can I find if sstem is more infected, because the Information came with editing Website and not in emailprogram
