Click your Start orb, type calc in your search box, does calculator show up?And does it open when you click on it?
What else is missing, and from where?

    Default Calculator

Calculator is there when I search and does open.
    Games,etc. are missing
Everything that was in my left side when I click start.
I have no way of knowing what was there only after running Spy Bot it is now empty.

    Thanks for the help.

    You're welcome.

Don't worry,I don't think anything removed was harmful or permanent.
Spybot searches for and removes Usage Tracks:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/faq/usage-tracks/
I think that is why the things that were showing in the left side of your start menu are now gone. The games and programs would still be on your computer, they just don't show in your start menu anymore. They should reappear there as time goes on.

If you are using Spybot 2.2,and would prefer that Spybot not scan for usage tracks anymore, please open Spybot-S&D Start Center, checkmark Advanced Mode, click Settings, say yes if prompted by UAC,then click the categories tab,and somewhere in the Spybot window, rightclick and select Spyware scan only.

If you are using a different version of Spybot, let me know which one,and I'll post instructions for that version.
