I have run spybot as administrator and normally and at start up. each time it comes up with this particular malware, but will not delete it as the message says it is in a running program. How do I get rid of it? thank you.

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which also includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS and aswMBR logs as shown in that sticky and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.
