Instant Savings App an AU_.EXE

I have W7 Ultimate and recently managed to get a problem of 'Instant Savings App'. This causes IE to be hijacked constantly to give me unwanted adds, IE has become very unstable also. (I would have thought that SpyBot would have caught it!) If I try to remove it by the normal means it starts to go through the motions then states that there is a problem with a file called AU_.exe and fails to remove said program. Does anyone have any simple method that works for this adware? maybe SpybBot could look into this and provide a 'fix for their program? I have tried the numerous methods on the web with no success.

To request assistance in this forum the FAQ includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
