    Nah, but does this point to anything? Or is it something that always/sometimes just happen?

    This issue does not occur normally, I assume that this file is the spybot installer and the process is still running when you performed the rootkit scan. When doing a rootkit scan, you should stop other processes in order to prevent these results. Thank you.
