Direction Before I Get Into This Google Redirect Problem
One of your admins was great help to me for my parents computer. I ended up downloading almost all the stuff he recommended for my laptop and used them periodically. Since I have all the stuff downloaded including erunt already downloaded on my pc. I even have the old spybot and the new one, however I believe nothing is working as I have a problem and none of these items ever finds anything. I have malwarebytes, superantispyware free edition, which finds nothing. Should I delete this first? Then follow the steps......I have Microsoft's Security Essentials which has never found anything either. If I could get some direction which way to go I would be most appreciative!
