Exclamation Possible virus closing MSE and opening IE browser.

My computer keeps opening up IE 11 only randomly showing a Loading screen and want's to open up another one. And sometimes MS Essentials keeps stopping and show a window to start it back up.
SpyBot has not found any problems and did a Rootkit scan and a MSE scan and came up nothing.
SpyBot Free, Windows 7 64, MS Essentials, IE 11, Chrome Default, Firefox and Opera.

    Hello Sabdnab192,

Might be best to post the IE 11 problem in the Microsoft Forums as the first step.

    Does this apply?

"You receive a message notifying you that “Microsoft Security Essentials isn't monitoring your computer because the program's service stopped. You should restart it now.”

Who told you the computer is actually infected and by which method did you contact Microsoft?

    Best regards.

It was from www.microsoft.com to contact up to live chat.
I'm not going to pay that.

At this time you have a problem with IE 11 and MSE, which doesn't necessarily mean the computer is infected.
