    Default Scan hangs

    Hi everyone and anyone.... I've just installed SB S&D as my older version wasn't working properly. I've encountered a problem with this new addition which is that when the scan reaches 2.9% it freezes. It seems to be stuck at a file D68AD171 " Scanning for Fraud.SpyEraser..... Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? I'm running Windows 8.1
