Yes,when you press 'Fix Selected',Spybot attempts to fix anything it found during a scan as long as it is checkmarked.
If you have Spybot 2.3 and a Windows Vista or later operating system,you'll get a prompt to run as administrator.
If you have a version of Spybot below 2.3 and a Windows Vista or later operating system,you should rightclick the Spybot start center and run as administrator before doing a system scan.

If you run another scan at a later date and the same things are found,or you still continue to have problems with the malware after pressing fix selected,then there's a malware removal section to ask for help,if needed.I see you already posted in malware removal,there are some things needed to be followed before posting in there,so an administrator will likely come along later and respond to your thread in there(they might close your thread with instructions about malware removal,move it to the Spybot forum,merge it with this post,etc.),so follow along with what they say.
