Unable to uninstall Spybot
I have an older version of Spybot search and destroy, 2.2 to be specific; I attempted to uninstall 2.2 to go ahead and get 2.3. It denied me and asked that I'd need admin privilege which I already had and didn't bring up UE thingy (Sorry, I forgot what's it called) Here are some pics. Thanks
Your screenshot looks like Windows 7,so this should be okay for you to try,if you would like.Microsoft has a fix-it page,and that would be the easiest way to go about it:

That's two of the things it says it covers,so it ought to help with this,I think.Problems that prevent existing programs from being completely uninstalled or updated
Problems that block you from uninstalling a program through the Add or Remove Programs (or Programs and Features) item in Control Panel
