I saw 3 entries related to Delta Search on Chome on the FRST log, if Chome is uninstalled than we wont worry about it. Do you see signs of Delta Search popping up anywhere ?

How are things running now ?

Delta search doesn't ring a bell.

Things are running smoother. I'll give it some stress to see if anything fails.

Also I don't know if I have a new anomaly or not. When on some websites the mouse-over box is white rather than filled in. Like the box is being blocked. I haven't ever noticed this on this laptop. Further checking and it's only affecting FireFox not IE.

Make sure FF is up to date, click on Help> About and you should have version 30.0, if not update it. Let me know if this helps

Yes. On certain sites the mouse-over is near blank.

Since this is just related to FF, it might be a add on that is causing problems.

    • Open Firefox
    • Go to Help
    • Restart with Add-ons Disabled

If still problems then lets set FF back to default

    • Open Firefox
    • Click on Help > Troubleshooting Information > Reset Firefox to its default state

I restarted FF with the addons disabled and the problem has gone away. What's the best way to restart then one at a time to find the problem?

Not sure what add ons you have. You can open FF and look up at the top left for 3 small vertical bars and click on it and then Add Ons and you can enable or disable them as you wish
