Hangs when fixing issues on Windows 8.2

While fixing all checked items from the scan, it hangs. Windows 8.2, SB 2.4.40.0.

Did you elevate permissions in Spybot?

How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?

SB 2.4.40.0. but it is Windows 8.1 not 8.2
