    Default Runtime and Uninstall Error msgs

    August 19, 2014

    Getting Sdwelcome: SDWelcome.exe – System Error pop-up “The program can’t start because rtl150.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem” after System Image Restore from before uninstall of Spybot - Search & Destroy 2 v2.1.21.129.

    Running Spybot Update gets same error. Using Windows7 Uninstall for Spybot gets “unins000.msg missing” message.

    Installing Spybot over the Spybot installed should replace those files.
    It's up to version 2.4 now,but I don't think that should do any harm:
