Malware Bytes can't remove 3 files hi jack hosts

Hello, over a month ago I downloaded some codecs for a movie and I think I got infected. I ran malware bytes and it is saying there are 3 files in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and when trying to quarantine them it says can not remove. The biggest problem I am having is sometimes when I click on a link inside a webpage it takes me somewhere else and I have to hit the back button and then it will take me to where I intended to go. I looked inside the host file and did not see any web pages that it would be redirecting me to. Any help would greatly be appreciated to help me remove whatever virus malware is on my PC.

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
