    Default

    Exception code: 0xc0000005
I believe that should be STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION,which from searching seems to mean the program accessed memory that it shouldn't.

rtl150.bpl is mentioned under fault or faulting module name in everything you posted.rtl150.bpl is a file that is part of Spybot, located in the Spybot folder. When you uninstalled and reinstalled Spybot,rtl150.bpl should have been replaced,so if there was a problem with the file, then getting a newer version of it should have fixed any problems.Though I'm not 100% sure that there was a problem with rtl150.bpl,of course.

I couldn't find anything on the additional information:
    Additional Information 1: 3ba6
    Additional Information 2: 3ba6148a620109c0e2136f8861f0ff55
    Additional Information 3: 9a55
    Additional Information 4: 9a551d6924fac6c8b2a5336810fc5b92
So,I'm going to go ahead and refer you to Spybot support:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/support/
You should include the errors you listed here,to give them the info on it,that should be helpful.
