Immunizations fails

Hi, I've been reading for hours through the net and this forum and still no solution.

Made a fresh install of SpyBot 2.4... started immunization... and it stop saying "Pro-acrive browser protection stopped". It reaches 45000 of ~250000 than it stops.

Run as administrator... had the same problem with the earlier versions. It's a Win7 Ultimate 64bit.

Had made a clean install on my laptop. Clean system... and it fails right at the start. Nothing is installed but the clean Win7 Home Edition 64bit... same error as on my desktop PC. Runing same, as administrator.

And no solution anywhere.

Tried disabling Avast and Comodo Firewall... no success. The laptop doesn't have neither... and it fails immunization...
