I think your looking good here too. Use the computer for the day and let's see if any malware issues pop up.

Then we'll remove tools and quarantine folders and I'll post my preventive tips

Default Trojan Artemis! A9D9670AA481 - PC Much Better Now

    Hi Juliet,

So far, my PC seems to be much better.

I'm also happy that you convinced me to drop the Pokki Start Menu app too. It forced me to use the new Windows menu which is much faster. And, now I have got the new style menu set up how I want it, I am pretty much back to where I was before.

If you could now assist me to remove the tools and any quarantined folders I would again be most grateful.

    Thanks,

    Daniel.

Default All Done - Thank You

    Hi Juliet,

I followed your instructions and most of the software that I downloaded over the past few days was uninstalled; I removed the rest through 'Program and Features'.

The work that you guys do is much needed; not everyone has the knowledge or the cash to get viruses sorted out. Personally speaking, I really appreciate your help.

So, thank you and Merry Christmas.

    Daniel.
