BitDefender Threat Scanner

Need help. I just updated to Spybot 2.4 w/ AV free version. My son plays a lot of Minecraft on
his computer. After downloading and updating I received a notice that states the following:

BitDefender Threat Scanner
A problem has occured in BitDefender Threat Scanner. A file containing error information has
been created at C:\ (**will not type file information here until I get some direction as to what to
do next). You are strongly encouraged to send the file to the developers of the application for
further investigation of the error.

I am just a mom who does not have a lot of tech experience. I was just running virus checks to
keep the computer running smoothly. Not even sure how to do this. Can someone from the
developers tech team contact me via email
to let me know what to do next??? thanks JR
