    Default 2.4 rootkit scan, what do I do with the results

    Please help my old brain. I have read many posts and have not seen an answer to my question. "2.4 rootkit scan, what do I do with the results?"

    I have about 200 Unknown ADS files, 1 No admin in ACL folder and 7 No admin in ACL registry keys.

    Why is this scan done if the results aren't used for anything?!?!?!
